I loved the elegant decor of my room and the fine garden area. The accessibility of the common areas was ideal, nice for easy movement and comfort .
Bathroom drains could use better maintenance.

Our favourite, amazing boutique hotel in Cape Town with incredibly attentive and exceptionally welcoming staff. Spacious room, big bed and absolutely clean bathroom. Good pool, parking nearby. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The stay was lovely, and the elegant decor. I appreciated the accessibility of the common areas and felt very well taken care of by the friendly staff. The location was perfect, with local attractions and restaurants just a short walk away. Just a small note for improvement, bathroom drains could use better maintenance.

Amazing hotel with free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a cozy bar area. I'll never forget how the staff offered me a cold drink in the heat during my first visit. Highly recommend it for a true home-like feel. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The location was perfect for just about anything that you might like to do in Cape Town. Many things were within walking distance and otherwise, a taxi or car hire or tour worked well. The owners, Liz and Phil, made us feel very welcome and were helpful with suggestions about activities to do. They were also helpful in making reservations and providing maps and driving directions. All of the staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were fantastic and there was a lot of variety. You definitely will never go hungry there. The room was very comfortable and the historic home is beautiful.

Very friendly staff, willing to give a lot of information, personal service, real experience of the country and of the city. Additional services provided such as tours with knowledgeable local guide, airport pick up. Great atmosphere, design, quiet setting in quaint street, yet close to the center, excellent restaurants and bars nearby. Great breakfasts!!! Would definitely recommend Parker cottage for someone traveling for vacation, alone or a couple.

Superb boutique hotel with wonderful hosts. Quaint but very sophisticated in its own way and the breakfasts on the veranda are a delight.
Wooden floors can be a little noisy at night and in early morning.
